Admission

Admission is done on the basis of interviews at the time of Admission in Nursery Class.

Admission to pre-primary classes starts on the 1st January of the every Year. Admission in Primary & Middle classes depends on the availability off seats. Seats are very limited.

Children seeking admission for class 1 onwards must produce a transfer certificate and a character certificate from their previous school. School strictly stipulates to the age requirement as laid down by the education department.
     Date of Birth once entered will not be changed at all.
     Ration Card is also needed at the time of Admission.


School Fees
School fees is payable before by the 10th of every month. A fee card is provided at the time of admission/begining of the session which has to be saffeguarded by the parents from loss.


Withdrawals
(a) If the child is to be withdrawn, a month's notice is to be given and any vacation in between will not be taken as a notice period, and one month fees will be charged. Every application for a transfer certificate will be made in written by the parents and should be collected with in 7 days.

No T.C. will be issued after 3 months of leaving the school.
TC Application will be entertained only after the payment of all dues.

(b) A duplicate transfer certificate will fetch a fine of Rs.10/- and will be issued only after 3 days of the application. A declaration for the loss of original certificate must be given on Rs.2 non-judicial stamp paper duly attested by Class-1 megistrate of an honourable court.

(c) Principal can remove a child from the school without assigning any reason for misconduct either of the child or the parents or if the child fails to come up to the academic standards.

Leave/Absence
School discourages leave for more than 2 days for domestic and religious functions. All leave application should be submitted prior to the leave and duly signed by class teacher and principal.

All medical leaves for more than 2 days should accompany a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner.

Absence for more than 7 days without leave tenders the student liable to have the name struck off from the school register.

Conveyance
School may arrange conveyance to children who stay far from school. All precautions are taken for the safety of trafelling of students, however, travelling in school vans/buses is on their own risk.
The routes are predetermined and the buses/vans do not go on unmetalled roads or narrow streets. They move on forward direction only.
In case, the pupil discontinues using school transport he/she will have to give a clear one month notice or will have to pay one month's bus charge in liew, thereof.
Principal/transport incharge may debar any child from using the service of ransport because of misconduct or damange.

School Uniform
Wearing of school uniform for all the students is compulsory unless permitted by the Principal or Headmistress in writing. All the children are to wear freshly laundered uniform and well pollished shoes daily. Any lapse may fetch a minimum fine off Rs.5/- which may be collected by the teacher.

    Summer Uniform :
    Cream Shirt, Brown Shorts/trousers, Cream striped brown socks, black shoes, and Brown tie.
   
    Winter Uniform :
    Cream Shirt, Brown Shorts/trousers, Cream Striped brown socks, black shoes, Brown tie and Brown Striped Pullover.

    Every Monday & Special Ocasions :
    White Shirt/Shorts with White - Brown socks. School Princiapal/Management reserved the right to change add or modify the uniforms if necessary.
